Update on me - there is no update 😂 CD20, not even a sniff of a positive OPK and no temp rise. Will have bloods done in the next couple of days. Gynae appt on 16th Sept is the plan xx

@Bl0ndi3 haha, I'm sure lots of babies have been conceived in the shower. I think I need air con too though, I'll be glad when its not 35degrees + everyday. Xx

@VP91x Oh that's good that they come back quickly! I hate waiting for results. I'm good thank you cd7 today which seems to have flown by... I'm feeling less anxious too now since I had a bit of a meltdown about everything. I have a phone call with the nurse today which was supposed to be because af hadn't arrived but since then she's been and gone. I'm just going to tell her some of my worries about how light the flow was and see what she says xx

@VP91x and Bl0ndi3 never mind shower sex, in the unlikely event I end up with a BFP there's a very decent chance that it'll be the result of something...alfresco

In today's Boob News, I was woken up by the thunderstorms last night but then struggled to get back to sleep because my boobs were hurting so much. Probably had a terrible night's sleep. Today's going to be a slog

@VP91x yeah I have googled it many a times after we've done it and it's perfectly possible to conceive that way but it doesn't feel right or the best choice for TTC haha! Might just have to make do til this weather goes away!

I wanna go running too but I just cannot bear to run in this weather I already struggle because everywhere is hilly near me !

@scrambledeggy Alfresco 😂 that made me giggle. I have slept with a fan pointing directly over me for the last 2 nights and still felt boiling!

Girls I caved and tested, so I got a line on one test and then dipped another test from another batch too. Both have lines but I'm really worried as I've read FRER are known for false positives. I'm 10 dpo. I'm going to get a cb early detection for tomorrow and see what that says.
I've tried cheapies but o can't see anything on them 🤞🏻

@VP91x I'm fine thank you, I have a raging headache which I haven't been able to shift since yesterday evening. I am back to being less hopeful - I actually don't think I'll get BFP or AF any time soon, I just can't feel anything symptom wise. Really odd.
But that's enough negativity from me today. Hope the blood tests go OK. How are you?

@2020wish and any others worrying about caffeine, I totally agree with the other ladies - don't worry! If caffeine was a direct cause of MC or infertility, we would definitely know about it. Enjoy the things you like. Obviously when PG there is a recommended amount, but I don't even think you need to worry if you occasionally go over that. Think of all the people who don't know they are PG so early - they drink coffee, eat chocolate, drink alcohol, don't take supplements......
I have cut back on caffeine, simply because when I got PG first time and came off it, the headaches were no joke, so I decided I would limit it and go decaf. But when I'm at work and made a drink, its caff, and I drink coke zero and stuff. TTC is stressful enough without taking away the things we love.
Also, I generally drink Diet Coke Caffeine free at home - so try that one ladies if you like a bit of fizz xx

@Lollol86 definitely lines there!! Don't worry about different tests, I think things like that can drive us mad and they just might not show the same.

@Lollol86 well it’s early anyway at 10dpo so makes sense it’s showing on frer and not cheapie. Couple more days and I bet you it will show on cheapie too. Yayyyy 😁😁

@Pugprincess I had a mc before my daughter that is now 3, I fell pg this time round by accident, only time we drank during lockdown. This is my second cycle since the mc. Hospital said they think it's just bad luck as I had 2 mc but have had my daughter in between. I'm just praying that is the case. So this would be my 5th pregnancy but 3rd child if all goes well.

@Lollol86 oh my goodness! This is the kind of stuff I LOVE to read in a morning. Amazing news. There is for sure a line on both of those. & the fact you’ve done two from two batches, girl that ain’t no false positive. The chances of a false positive are so so slim, so the chances of two, nahhhh.
