Chemical yesterday, hoping for BFP next month

I got a bfp on a digital last week. But woke up to the most devastating sight of bleeding with heavy clots yesterday morning. We were 5 weeks along. I’m so messed up right now and honestly so sad that all of the excitement and happiness has been snatched away from me😥

Hopefully because it’s so early, my next cycle will be fairly normal and we can TTC again with better luck! Who’s in the same position? Please join me and let’s share some good news and positivity 🙂

@Welliedays 🤞🏼😘 Still no BFP for me since my CP but hoping it’ll come this year x

Fingers crossed for you @welliedays! AF arrived for me today so not successful month after last chemical. Hopefully won't be too long until I see two lines again!

@littlebee1990 @sophi123 ahh good luck to you both.... And I'm certainly not counting my chicken yet. AF isn't due until Thursday, but my bleed started a few days after AF was due last month, so I'll probably be slightly more relieved if we make it to Monday without anything happening 🤞🏻 felt pretty symptomless today... If it wasn't for the 10,000 trips to the loo and the current heartburn/nausea I'd say AF could easily be on her way!

Hi sorry to hear about your loss I no the feeling all to well the same thing happend to me I was about 5 weeks when I stared bleeding heavily :/ was such a shock as I'd given birth to a healthy baby boy 6 months prior ! So wasn't expecting to have a CP but i guess it just shows it can happen to anyone! Was pretty devastating but got straight back on it with OH haha and fortunately fell pregnant again just a month after ! I'm now currently 8 weeks have seen a heart beat and everything is looking promising so just a positive story for you to keep trying ! :)

Hi everyone - I had a chemical this month. BFP 4 Aug, Digi confirmed 5th Aug, negative by 7th Aug and AF arrived 8 Aug, right on cue. Those of you who had chemicals and then successfully conceived the next month, did you ovulate as normal? I'm assuming that since AF was right on time, my cycle should continue as before. I don't track with anything other than an app. Any advice would be great as I'm keen to try again this month. I'm 40 and time is probably running out for me...

@GanderousGoose hi sorry to hear your loss , I believe I ovulated just a few days after my usual ovulation but I just tested with ovulation strips every day after the last day of bleeding so I didn't miss it ! Good luck x

@GanderousGoose Hello! So sorry to hear this happened to you! I was the same last month, I put the day I bleed into Clue my app for tracking and the day it said I was due to ovulate was the correct day! I did use tesco ovulation sticks and there were really good, I don't normally use them but wanted to see if the app was right and how my body was after but all seems good! It was only on Friday and we pretty much DTD 4 days leading up and every day after 😂 hoping it's worked and this one sticks this time! Hope your feeling okay too as it's such a horrible feeling knowing you were pregnant than to be taken away so soon 💐

Welliedays · 17/08/2020 07:25

@mummy120494 thank you for your positive story... Fingers crossed I can say the same soon 🤞🏻🤞🏻

@ganderousgoose I only track on my app too and it must have been around the dasm time for me. We dtd every evening bar one for 9 nights (it was also put honeymoon 🙈🤣) and it seems we got lucky it.. I had implantation bleeding last Thursday which if ovulation was when my app said had me at 8dpo...so definitely around the right time!

@Welliedays @HollowayL30 @Mummy120494 thank you ladies, that's really reassuring and helpful. Keeping my fingers crossed for you all!!
