How Long Before Ovulations Does the Cervix Open?

is it a few days or a few hours? i'm honestly just curious i know that this has little to do with TTC since sperm can just hang out outside the cervix! does anyone know? :)

No idea but I had sex 5 days before I ovulated and fell pregnant, so they must have gotten in 😂
