Where is my period??

Hi all!

Just looking for anyone else who is or was in the same situation as me! Came off the pill in May after years on it, was on microgynon.

Expected my period to arrive as when I used to have them they were very regular! It is still nowhere to be seen... This is CD 90 something now!

I did have a 4 day light bleed when I came off but I know this isn't classed as a period!

I had signs of ovulation about two weeks ago(EWCM, stomach cramps and felt hot) but so far nothing since then! I'm hoping ovulation is a good sign and my period shouldn't be far behind but just looking for some reassurance that this has happened to ladies before! Also took a test and got bfn so that's not the reason behind it!

Should probs add I'm in my early 30s, very fit and active so no issues there!

Hi @Pettylamby and sorry to hear about your cycle being a bit all over the place. There is another thread on here called advice for women who have come off the pill - lots of us in similar situations! I am currently on CD 9 - my first cycle after the pill was 60 days and it drove me mad, so I feel for you. I am hoping this cycle is going to be more normal, but we'll see. I'm using OPKs but not temping.

@Pettylamby I should also say I am early 30s, but probably much less fit and active than you - as you might be able to guess from my username 😂

Hi OP. Not quite the same but I spent a long time waiting for AF to return after DD, then after my first my next cycle was 45 days. There are some supplements that can help regulate your cycles. I took Agnus Cactus and though I can't guarantee it was that that did it, it did coincide

Im 31, was on microgynon/rigevidon for 12 years, came off in march and it took 141 days to have my first period (3 days ago, never thought id be so glad to see it)! It was very stressful to be in limbo, so believe me, I know how you feel. They never really warned us of this, eh?
