Line progression - freaking out!

Hi all. I'm CD 26. On the pic the top test was done yesterday afternoon at 11 dpo and the bottom this morning (12 dpo) with FMU. I have slight nausea and tiredness but no other symptoms. It's Only my 2nd cycle off the pill. Period due either Tues or Wed of next week (still not sure if I'm a 28 or 29 day cycle).

My question is - should there be some sort of change in the strength of these lines from yesterday to today? I'm worried this could be a chemical pregnancy so just wanting some advice / other people's experiences. Thank you. Smile

Good strong lines. You're pregnant.

Congratulations - and no more tests.

(I don't get people taking multiple tests, at all. I took one each time. I did have a m/c once too, quite late. I just think - take a test, if positive, move ahead & let everything happen as it should.)

@EarringsandLipstick
Thank you.

I guess I was just in shock yesterday as didn't think it'd happen so quickly, especially with me being over 35 now. I did have a molar pregnancy when I was 20, before my daughter was born. So I guess I'm just worried and was hoping that if I saw progression on the lines it would ease my anxiety (and of course it's had the opposite of effect!)

Totally agree with @EarringsandLipstick - you are definitely pregnant, massive congratulations! Lovely lines! I wouldn’t waste any time or money checking the lines now because so many things can lines change and it’ll just occupy your mind all the time and pickle your brain. Hang up those tests, give yourself a forum break if you need to, stick your feet up and enjoy! It can already be such an anxious time so do what you can to relax 👍🏻 Here’s to a happy and healthy pregnancy xx

@LouH1981 Thank you. A forum break and bit of relaxation sounds like a good idea. It's just so hard to switch off from it... I don't think I'll fully relax until I have my scan and know all is fine Smile

@LouJ85 Don’t worry, I completely get it. I had a miscarriage at 11 weeks in 2018 so when I fell pregnant last year I was all over the place with worry.
Concentrate on the things you can control and try(!) to let go of the things you can’t. Some days it’s much easier said than done, I know.
Each day is a milestone 👍🏻 Pick out your vitamins, find out your comfy clothes and treat yourself because baby needs a happy mum xxx
(You’ll know with your daughter and I know with my two, there will always be something for us to worry about because they do that to us, don’t they! Good job we love ‘em!)

@LouH1981
I'm so sorry for your loss. Sad
You're absolutely right, I need to chill out as this won't be helping will it!
It's harder at the min as we've just found out and my partner is working nights all week so I've got a lot of time to just sit and think and overthink. xx
