Bit of a strange one! - help needed please!

Hi ladies!

So I'm extremely confused! And it's making me feel like I want to cry!

About 2/3 weeks ago I got an early period which was mixed between spotting and very light but lasted about 7 or 8 days (I'm normally heavy and lasts 5 days) (took a couple hpt during and after but were all negative)

I started using Opks (CB digital) about a week after with negatives then started getting (high) flashing smileys got this for about 2 days then got another surprise period! 🙄 this means this period started on cd18!!!

This period started very light / spotting brown for the first day or 2, third day was very heavy with clots and a mix of red and brown blood, and today day 4 is lighter.

I've kept using the OPK to see if they would change, I got more highs (4 in total) and was about to stop using them when yesterday it changed to peak, solid smiley!

Is it possible to ovulate during your period?!

I'm so confused as to what is going on my cycles are normally about 33 (average) so the last 2 have been very strange for me!

Has anyone had anything like this happen to them before or heard of anything similar??!
Any responses would really be appreciated

Have u tried taking about pregnancy tests. As ovulation tests can’t tell the difference between LH and HCG so ovulation tests will be positive if ur pregnant

I took a IC a few days ago when the bleeding first happened but it was neg, although I've not taken one since I've got the peak OPK.

I did think maybe chemical but not sure if the other tests would of shown something, I had one about 4/5 months back and got some really strong lines before hand.

U need to give urself 2-5 after implantation bleeding for hcg to be strong enough to appear in urine. And in saying that most IC aren’t strong enough to pick it up when ur so early. I got my BFP on a clear blue 6 days early test at 7dpo but negatives in ultra early 10 miu IC until 12-13dpo. Go get a clear blue ultra early or frer xx
