Sorry guys I was quite busy yesterday so didn’t get a chance to post.

@Boc86 basically I have found that if I exercise after I get my first LH surge I bleed slightly. It’s not loads it’s only when I wipe but it’s bright red blood.

I’m due to see my gynae soon anyway so I’ll let him know and see.

I was speaking to my friend yesterday she conceived in 4 months of trying and LP = 8 days. She took nothing for it at all. Hopefully you’ll have similar luck.

@candycrush2298 Gutted that AF arrived but omg so temp only drops day before AF due wish it gave more of an advanced warning.

@Boc86 I know you do!! Really hoping this is it for you!!

@Elakiya awww thank you its ok. yeah I think sometimes it doesn't drop till the day of AF and sometimes it can drop a few days before according to Dr Google. Either way if it drops its not good lol. But if it stays above the coverline it could be good news like if the days after the drop it rises again or stays the same that could still mean good news but mine dropped the next day below the coverline and thats like obvious lol

I don’t even know if my LP is an issue I’m just presuming that’s what causing the chemicals, I’m praying my progesterone levels are ok next week 😭

@Boc86 you will keep us dated on what the results of the blood work are yeah? Really hoping that its all OK and if there is a problem they can help you fix it quickly xx

Used my cup last night it was great think I have gone back to my light flow, the cup was less than half and had it in for like maybe 10 hours. And took my temp without any issues. Wow you run warm down there hahahah I was 36.54 this morning that was my luteal phase temps last cycle when I temped orally hahaha. I want to delete yesterdays temp because it was orally but I don't want a break in my chart 😂😂😂😂

@Boc86 I’m only 4 dpo so probably next weekend. We have a night out Friday so I’ll probably test Friday fmu although it’s 9dpo so maybe too early. I’m not sure what to do for the best but pretty certain I’m out this cycle

I seem to keep catching a cold so I started monitoring when I get sick and found that it’s always just after ovulation anyone else get that or is this just a very coincidental trend?

I was finding I was feeling so ill before my period every month like a few days before
It’s called period flu! It’s an actual thing!
The last two months I haven’t had it have been the two months I’ve had my chemicals

@Elakiya no havent had that sorry thats a new one to me as a secondary symptom of ovulation have you googled it?

@Boc86 how strange that you get period flu wow I have never heard of it. At least you have a great tell tale sign that you are preggers. How many days before AF is due to you get ill?

I’d say 1-2 days before then it carries on during the first day of my period then I wake up the next day and it’s gone!

@Boc86 interesting never knew this existed. But I get it nearer 5/6 dpo. I am also super emotional after ovulation (apparently it’s the progesterone) super hungry and just stressed in general. I hate tww waits I am the worst version of myself during this time.

@candycrush2298 I consulted Dr google he said it was an early pregnancy symptom and also a symptom of AF. Why is every symptom common to both!

@candycrush2298 I know I’ve asked you this a million times but how does your cervix position change throughout your period?

Guys so since this is my first time using the cup its the first time I have actually inspected my blood lol so my blood is mixed with what looks like loads of ewcm

I tried Dr Google and it was horrible most said its completely normal to have stringy blood as its just mixed with cm BUT one article said its high estrogen which is not good as I shouldnt be having high estrogen at this stage. Since my cycles are short and progesterone has dropped and taken over by estrogen I would think its normal but because of this one article I am like omg whats wrong with me 🤣🤣

@Elakiya mine is just low hard and open it doesnt really shift. I havent checked it this cycle because I stopped tracking due it just confusing the sh!t out of me and was no help whatsoever everything on google said mine was pointing to pregnancy high, soft closed for days and then bam the day AF showed it went low, hard open. Total mindscrew!!

@candycrush2298 ooo interesting 🤔 I wonder if you’ll continue to have it throughout your cycle. so what happens if Estrogen is too high during your period?

According to this girl she said its mostly first and second day of bleeding so hope mine just goes away hahaah usually my flow is considerably light on day 3 and 4.

@candycrush2298 had a lousy weekend had family and friends round so they’ve kept me distracted but very emotional and irritable which makes me think I’ve definitely ovulated and the progesterone is making me an emotional wreck ☹️.

I am so tired of this @candycrush2298. I just feel like it will never happen and I’d rather just stop trying so I don’t give myself false hope every month 😞 just so deflated.
