Hi ladies,

I need some words of wisdom! Ive been trying to track my cycles and I struggled with opk strips and couldn’t do bbt tracking because of my shift work so I bought an OvuSense monitor since it’s supposed to be good with irregular cycles and doesn’t need to be used the same time every day but I’m a little confused. So my chart says I ovulated CD23 (01/08/2020) and don’t get me wrong, I’m not an expert but I thought temperature spiked after ovulation In which case I would have thought I’d have ovulated on either CD21 or more likely, CD22? Someone correct me if I’m wrong because it’s driving me crazy Grin

In the grand scheme of things I know one day or so probably doesn’t make much difference but when the sensor was £100+ and the monthly subscription Is £20 on top of that I’d kinda like it be accurate Confused

Whatever is highlighted, CD22, is the day I'd have suggested if using the 3 over 6 method of estimating. Fertility Friend explains it quite well.
