Hi ladies,
I need some words of wisdom! Ive been trying to track my cycles and I struggled with opk strips and couldn’t do bbt tracking because of my shift work so I bought an OvuSense monitor since it’s supposed to be good with irregular cycles and doesn’t need to be used the same time every day but I’m a little confused. So my chart says I ovulated CD23 (01/08/2020) and don’t get me wrong, I’m not an expert but I thought temperature spiked after ovulation In which case I would have thought I’d have ovulated on either CD21 or more likely, CD22? Someone correct me if I’m wrong because it’s driving me crazy
In the grand scheme of things I know one day or so probably doesn’t make much difference but when the sensor was £100+ and the monthly subscription Is £20 on top of that I’d kinda like it be accurate
