Negative tests but AF 2 days late?

Hi all, my cycles are usually really regular but I'm not 2 days late and all the tests I've taken have been negative. Has anyone experienced this before? I thought AF was arriving yesterday as had some cramps but still nothing. Thanks everyone xxx

Did you confirm ovulation with temping or an OPK? If it was an OPK that measures the LH surge and doesn't always mean you have ovulated, so you may not be late yet as you could have had a second surge later that was successful. If you haven't tracked ovulation you may just be having a one off long cycle which can happen from time to time.

Either way you're not out until AF arrives, so give it a few more days and test again. Good luck!

Thanks @PlanBea I did track ovulation with clear blue and also my temp. Thinking I'm just a few days late but will rest again in a few days if still not here xxx
