Hi, I hope this is the right place (Mumsnet to move if not).

I sadly had my 3rd miscarriage at the start of June. I have had a period since and am starting to enter my 'fertile' week (my dates since last period). I am not ttc again yet as we need to wait for tests with Tommy's clinic but I thought I would start to track ovulation just so I knew what was going on. I should be ovulating in 3 days and I've just taken a one step and it's so negative, not even a hint of a second line.

Is this normal? My miscarriage was at 11+3 so I understand my body take a while to get back to normal but I'm so worried that I'm broken. I know that is stupid but I can't shake it.

Has anyone been in the same boat as me with any advice as to when I can expect things to settle down?

Hi I’m so sorry for your losses. I’ve had 3 miscarriages too and my most recent was mid July. My periods haven’t returned yet but I do know that it took what feels like a lifetime for them to return after my previous and the miscarriages messed me cycle up completely. I’m not actively trying either as we’ve had the Karyotyping test and are awaiting the results from that etc. When I emailed my Tommy’s midwife previously she said that your body will do what it needs to get back to normal and that things can take some time. However if my cycle isn’t back to normal in 6 months just to check with the gp. I hope your cycle settles down soon and you get the answers you need ♥️ Xxx

Heya I don't have any experience on your question but didn't want to read and run.

I have however suffer 2 missed miscarriages both picked up at my 12 wk scan so I know how heartbreaking it is.

Also nice to see Tommy's are helping.... I have done the Great North Run twice for them 😊 big hugs to you xx
