I'm CD11, waiting for something (anything) to happen this month 😂. Only taking my Inofolic Alpha this cycle and nothing else.

@Northernsoul90 Yh I’m dreading it. Can’t use tampons on this first one either so going to feel it all. It’s almost like a ptsd from the miscarriage now. I hope our cramps and stuff is good things. Remind me have you had a long cycle this time, what length are you normally? How long were you trying before mc? X

@Northernsoul90 it’s really hard to see it arrive. But when I fell I had cramps as if af was coming as it wasn’t? So could be that. Your not out until it comes but sometimes you can just tell it’s coming can’t you. My first period after MC I didn’t have any cramps but I’m just on my second one now.. and I’ve cramped. My af started Sunday just gone and I cried sooo much! But my cycle ya come back normally if not better than it was before so I guess that’s one positive. Hope yours doesn’t come but if it does, have a day to cry and get everything out then use this month as a new opportunity. I’m not tracking, eating healthier. Going to let my partner come to me when he wants to dtd so I don’t feel like I’m pressuring myself or him to do it when I feel like we should. We’re quite regular anyway so they’re should always be an opportunity? Hoping that it may work. Just trying to chill right out and enjoy the last of the sunshine, summer will sadly be over before we know it! So let’s have a good month 🥂 Xxxx

@Pugprincess It is almost like ptsd youre right 😣. I was trying for about 5/6 months for baby number 1 before mc then fell pregnant in April, mc in June. I had the mva done on the 8th June and no period since so counting day of mva as CD1 I would be on cd58 now 😵. I didn't get a negative hpt for 6 weeks though then ovulated a few days after that. I'm 12dpo now so af is due tomorrow or Friday (going off ovulation). Prior to mc my cycles were around 31/32 days and I would ovulate on day 19/20 so slightly longer than average although they had only just got back into some kind of rhythm after being on the pill for 10 years. Xx

@VP91x glad you’re having bloods done this month and they’re acting quickly. That’s really reassuring 😊 and with your gyane app so soon sounds like you’ll be on your way in no time!

@MichT4 ahhh 4-7dpo, exciting! I really hope you get your BFP. We defos need some!

@Pugprincess that's bad about your work. Luckily it's what you were going to do anyway and you have something else lined up.
Why can't you wear tampons first cycle?

@Rebecca1992 how mad is that, I've got some cm but that's it and I wouldn't put that down as a symptom yet as it's too early. My periods were irregular before so it's hard to know what they are re going to be like over the next few months. Just have to hope I fall sooner rather than later. Both mc I've had, I had a really strong feeling they were boys so I personally think I just can't carry boys. Not sure if that's even a thing xx

@Rb486 thank you lovely, I'd love to bring one of this months BFPs! Will keep hopeful but my head out of the clouds.

@Rb486 Thank you . Yes I had cramps too when I fell last time... I'm really hoping that's what it is but because im 12dpo and normally I would come on either 12/13dpo I'm thinking it would be too much of a coincidence to start cramping now. You never know though 🤞🏼. I think there's a lot to be said for a relaxed approach it all can just get a bit much can't it tracking everything! We definitely need to try and enjoy the last of summer as much as we can 😊 xx

@MichT4 Thank you! Well going off my cycles before mc I would normally get af 12/13dpo and I'm 12dpo today so any time really. I don't know if my body will follow that pattern this time though which is why I thought I might wait until Saturday to test - obviously only if I get no period xx

@lollol86 Oh my that's so weird I literally said the same after mine! My nanny could never carry boys, my mam had 5 of us, 4 boys and myself but I'm a twin to a boy 🤔

@MichT4 it said in my miscarriage leaflet about not wearing them for first cycle due to infection x

@Pugprincess oh ok. I knew you shouldn't with your MC bleed but I thought it was fine after that. I did - I can't deal with it without, but maybe I wasn't meant to!?

I'm just back from the consultant for my review appointment. He said my AMH is dropping which means that my egg reserve is decreasing. Of course I expected that a little because of my age but so far all of my tests have been fine. My husband also has anti sperm antibodies, a small amount but they're still present. So I left that appointment feeling completely deflated. I actually think our only hope now will be IVF but considering I've been on the list 2 years already, I'm not holding out too much hope. I can't afford to go privately at the minute and he said that time is of the essence. I actually feel like just accepting this isn't going to happen and move on from it.

@chloedancer897 sorry to hear you are feeling that way. Did the consultant say what your chances were of conceiving, or have any suggestions as to what you should do next?
Why is the wait so long? Maybe you'll be put further up the list?
I'm not sure I have any words to help you right now, as it's so fresh, but always keep a positive mind if you can. Nothing is saying it won't happen, and you know it can happen. You know what's best and right for you, but I have faith it will happen 🥰🌈🌈. Sending love xxx

@MichT4 his advice was to continue trying, stay on the list and when I finally get my review appointment from the fertility centre, if it's going to be more than a year, to consider going privately because I don't have the luxury of time. The waiting list is awful because they are backlogged from covid. It could well be another 2 years before I get treatment. And the consultant doesn't think I have that kind of time with my egg reserve dwindling.

I'm heartbroken. I came out and sobbed. I just feel like this is a sign that we should stop trying because it's not going to happen.

@chloedancer897 oh no I just read your update. What a rubbish consultant! What were the tests for? Sorry I missed this and what’s your age if you don’t mind me asking? But you’ve fallen pregnant before so why is the consultant being so negative? Sending lots of hugs your way xxx

@chloedancer897 That sounds so crap. You definitely deserve several crys. It always gets on my nerves that things are so much easier for those who have all the money- surely everyone should have a chance at a child? Thinking of you, hope you get some better news soon.

@fafi TWW crew represent! I am resisting the temptation to broadcast all my weird symptoms here, so am just bothering DH with them instead

@Firevie I'm 35. He was just being realistic I suppose. And that's what I needed. And that's why I went to him. But it's heartbreaking as there's nothing you can do to improve egg reserve at all
