For me pms is usually a bitch, but not so bad last month, af was the first normal and late, so far nothing in cd 24, so I am starting to think another 28 days cycle? This month I haven't track anything at all, and I have to say it's been my easiest tww...in part because we've done little useful in fw, so quite resigned to wait for af

So far all I have is bloating and an uncomfortable tummy feeling but no cramps, and a bit of creamy cm, I stopped trying to interpret months ago, after I had nausea and very big boobs

@LaceyMermaid technically to confirm it you need three high temps in a row that are higher than the previous six.

@Juno231this is my Femometer (1st month charting bbt) I don’t have all the fertile window in there etc as still not had a period since coming off bc bit my peak opks were 18/7 and 19/7

It's so hard not to symptom spot but the reality is that any "symptoms" between 0-7 dpo (and up to 12 dpo, depending on when implantation happens) are solely down to the progesterone surge that happens post-ovulation in all women, whether they are pregnant or not. The progesterone then remains high if conception has occurred. Any symptoms at 8-9dpo would be super unlikely to be due to pregnancy, even if you have conceived. Might help with the symptom spotting!

@Vil10 yeah probably could be 6-10, think it depends how long your LP is as your progesterone has to drop to allow period to start so if LP is only 11 days you'd see it earlier. Maybe just make the decision tomorrow, I'd guess at 10dpo there would still be a line but if it's going to make you feel shit before your day out don't test x

@2alreadywantanother I used the 4 day one and you test once a day FMU and stop testing when you get your peak, one box was £30 I think and lasted me 4 cycles with a few still in the box👌🏾 but yes the best way to confirm that you are ovulating is taking temps as you can have an LH surge and not ovulate or have multiple surges so it's harder to work out which one you ovulated on x

@2alreadywantanother that's what I'm thinking, so many people don't find out until after their period and I need to get in as much drinking as I can now😂 I'll see how I feel in the morning!x

Hi ladies! You move so fast, and I've been so busy at work this week I've not managed to catch up!

@Juno231 it feels like you asked this an age ago now, but we're doing the NC500 in our Sportage, with brother in law and his partner. We've got all of our hotels booked and spending this evening route planning with wine and kebabs. Only downside is my next period is due the first day of the trip, so OH better impregnate me good this month 😂😂😂

CD3 here and my god AF was a bitch yesterday!!! Most painful one I've had for a while 😭 But, it seems to be nearly over already so onwards with the long old wait for FW. Femometer is predicting ovulation day as CD23... Tick tock tick tock

@GanderousGoose that's what I have to tell myself every month, good advice. I always say to myself that progesterone is playing tricks up until 12dpo and after, otherwise you just torture yourself about it.

@LaceyMermaid I would say you've probably not ovulated as your post dip temps seem to be the same as pre dip. If you populate it into FF it will be easier to spot though potentially so worth a try if it's playing on your mind a lot x

TBF even if I somehow get a pink line I will probably still have a gin 😳 thats ok right? I just don't think I am at all though, expecting a bbt dip tomorrow- if that happens I wont bother with test

Hello August ttc’ers! Hopping on the bus!
I’m 30, have a ten year old dd and this is my first month ttc after a mmc back in 2018.
Af is due 5th aug. I’ve only been tracking my cycles for a couple of months and My cycle is fairly short at 22 days give or take.
I get ovulation pains and get rather frisky during my fertile window so I know when to dtd, however it’s not all that great because I have raging pms straight after ovulation. Sore boobs, every pregnancy symptom going really, which is frustrating.
I’m 12dpo, tested at 10dpo which was negative but do understand it’s early still.
