Bbt stayed the same today again and RHR up a bit too. I'd love to test but wouldn't feel right. Af due today(my normal cycle) or thurs (ff prediction) and no cramps or anything. Normally a wk or so b4 I get severe cramping and RHR is dropping daily at this stage. Nothing like that this cycle. But not getting my Hope's up ad last month I'd every symptom 🙈

Morning ladies, nothing much going on here so I'm sorry I've been absent. Having my 21 day bloods done today so hoping they'll tell me i ov'd and I just missed it on my OPKs as I did have a day last week where I had some cramps around dinner time that lasted for a few seconds enough to make me think oh! And then I was extremely horny when I got home that evening so hoping that was it! But then if it does tell me I haven't ov'd I won't be surprised as I didn't get it on my CB!

Having my hair done straight after the doctors and going for something slightly different today so looking forward to that and a catch up with my best friend as she's my hair dresser. Were then venturing out for some dinner and going to a local sunflower field to take some cute pics of her and bump it the weather stays nice!🌻
Happy Monday Ladies, make it a good one😎

Mustbemad82 · 10/08/2020 11:58

@Franklydear @Katao thanks both
Yes it was tough, I was young, 6 months pregnant with my second and my poor eldest became ill so very quickly and within 48 hours we had to turn his life support off. Never ever wanted children again as the whole thing was so traumatic- put me off...... until now ..

My 14 year old is is my step daughter although she’s mine on every sense ; she just grew in my heart and not under it )

But these things are sent to test you and I always say now “I’ve been through worse” so it does help to be resilient

I did a clear blue digital this morning and got a 1-2 week positive which was reassuring

Now the hard part- keeping it put! I’ve never been so bloody worried about something (above aside )

mumof23188 · 10/08/2020 12:21

@Mustbemad82 I’m so sorry for the loss of your little one ❤️. I can’t even imagine the pain. So sorry.

Ladies are my OPKs always meant to have a second line? Shall I stop testing now?

How is he gonna give you the goods?? August 🚌 Bitches
Katao · 10/08/2020 12:25

@Mustbemad82 I can't even imagine how painful that must have been and the worry you must have felt for your other children after such an experience. Wishing you nothing but health and happiness. Try not to worry too much, easier said than done I know. Glad to hear you have had the reassurance of a digital.

Katao · 10/08/2020 12:28

@mumof23188 I nearly always have some sort of second line. Strength depends on the brand. What are you using? Where are you in your cycle?

2alreadywantanother · 10/08/2020 12:49

@Mustbemad82 god love you. That's every parents worst dream. Delighted u got a bfp x

Sausage1990 · 10/08/2020 13:03

Hello ladies... To those who've had BFPs or have children - did you have cramps in the early weeks? If so how long do they last for? And how do you stop yourself worrying to death about it?

My only other experience of a BFP was a chemical in Dec/Jan so the fact that I have cramps is making me feel really on edge. I've had them on and off for about 6days and I honestly felt like af was coming all the time... I mean she obviously hasn't and I hope she stays away but my cramps feel like af cramps and it's making me feel so on edge. I can't relax. Its so distracting.
Any advice or words of wisdom would be very appreciated 💕

Sausage1990 · 10/08/2020 13:05

@Mustbemad82 I'm with you on the worry about keeping the pregnancy... I keep going to look at my test to reassure myself of it was ending at this stage the 2nd line wouldn't be there. God I feel a bit crazy😅

Ltay2 · 10/08/2020 13:13

@Sausage1990 I am 5 weeks now and I've had mild cramps almost every day. I can't help but worry too, but I've had no other signs of anything being wrong. I have done some research into it and it is fairly common, due to uterus stretching etc so unless it is really painful and/or accompanied by bleeding then I don't think it's something to worry about (although we will anyway!).

Sausage1990 · 10/08/2020 13:22

@Ltay2 thank you that is reassuring. Yeah with my chemical I did have spotting which I don't have now. It's good to know I'm not alone. It's such a wierd time isn't it - a huge and life changing but noone other than my OH knows. Well except you lovely lot. Xx

Katao · 10/08/2020 13:28

@Sausage1990 what @Ltay2 said. There's a lot going on even very early on. The embryo is settling in,uterus stretching, blood flow to that area rapidly increasing. Mild cramping is normal. Try not worry. I found the 'what to expect' book very reassuring when i was pregnant. I think there is an app. Loads of info about what is going on at different stages so helps you to know what is normal.

Sausage1990 · 10/08/2020 13:33

Oh thanks @Katao that's really helpful. Sorry for being a stresshead 😂

Ltay2 · 10/08/2020 13:36

@Sausage1990 Oh I know it's such a worrying time! I've told my mum now which is helping as I have someone else to talk to about it but I'm still worrying all the time. I hate to wish the time away as I'm trying my best to enjoy it as much as possible but I'll be so glad when I get to 9 weeks and can have my private scan.
