@Franklydear I felt a bit under pressure the first few months of ttc as we had a deadline. This last month I decided to focus on other things - buying a barn and acctually wedding stuff again. So I do think forgetting about ttc helps. Saying that I still did seed cycling, OPKs and bbt 😆 but found them interesting not stressful.
Need to tell my sister soon as due date is hen do weekend 🙈🙈

@Nichelette congratulations! Must be an even more amazing feeling after trying for a year 🎉

@LaceyMermaid I won't miss that bitter grapefruit juice 😂 but it gets easier to drink each time. You can probably add something to it to make it nicer but it definitely seemed to increase CM for me. That's the real purpose for it 👍🏼

@Nichelette congrats!! I'm on month 13 and dying for a bfp, my OH is really wanting a baby and he's been calm this whole time ⌚ did you do anything differently?

@Missgoldilocks I had naively assumed it would just happen based on how fertile the females in my family seem to be, so we were being very lax planning wise. The last few months I've paid more attention to when I'm actually ovulating though I know those who have been waiting a long time will already be doing this. I'm 34 and my periods have been getting lighter over the last year or so which jolted me into action a bit. I honestly thought I was infertile. I really hope it sticks.

@LaceyMermaid have u any kids? The reason I'm like that is I've 2 and I'm nearly 40 so age could be a big factor

@Katao aww messed up cycles are the worst! Do you normally have regular cycles or have you just come off the pill? I'm feeling good about the no testing, it's nice to be sure you're hitting the right dates but I just felt like it added loads of pressure so hoping this will make it better 🥰

@KateColx I came off the pill in February and my first few cycles were regular but now have gone weird so itssort of the opposite of what i would have expected! Think I'm just fed up looking at sticks now!

@2alreadywantanother yep I’ve got 3 boys so realise I’m extremely lucky already! So if it happens it happens but if it doesn’t then I appreciate what I’ve got. I’m 38 and it’s been almost 12 years since my last was born so my body has probably aged a bit!

@KateColx Did another cheapie test tonight to ease my anxiety so it's helped a little! I'm telling my mum tomorrow too so that'll be nice plus it'll give me someone other than OH to talk to about it.

Hello everyone. I really need some encouragement. I am 13 dpo. No sign of a period. I have been trying to conceive for 6 months and using fertility drugs. I know I need to take a test but I am too scared!

@Katao oh yeah that is super annoying!! It's exhausting isn't it, feel like I was either looking at ovulation tests or then taking pregnancy tests from about 3DPO 😂 where are you at with your current cycle? X

@KateColx that Oreo dairy milk bar was such a treat as I tend not to eat a lot of sweets and chocolate... my husband is type 1 diabetic so I feel guilty munching them around him and I prefer to keep our chocolate stash full for cases when he needs it. He told me to eat all the chocolate I want though as it doesn't bother him 😆

@Ltay2 how often are you testing? I've got one FRER left... not sure whether to go straight in again tomorrow morning as my first test was quite faint or to wait it out a couple more days before doing another. I've ordered my first CB digital pack from amazon due to arrive tomorrow so that I can try it and see the actual 'pregnant' for peace of mind 😅 but definitely holding off a few more days for that incase it doesn't pick it up this soon.

@KateColx erm no it didn't 😂 he's gone out! He even asked if he could go 😆 he knew I didn't want him to but I can't bear saying he can and can't do things, especially when it involves seeing his friends, but tonight of all nights, what a twat lol! @KateColx She doesn't know specifically that we've been trying right now but I don't think it will come as a huge surprise as she knows that we were wanting to try this year!

@2020mission I did my first test at 13DPO and second frer at 15DPO. Haven't tested at all since then but felt the need to just 'see' today at 18DPO. I've ordered some CB weeks tests that I'll do at the weekend then if they say 3+ weeks I'll stop, or if it's still only 2-3 weeks then I'll do another a few days later/a week later until I get the 3+, hopefully will get a call from the midwife soon to organise the booking appointment but I've been told it can take a couple of weeks to get the call.

@2alreadywantanother very similar then! What will be will be! How old is your eldest? My other 2 are 15 and 16!
