I'm using a Ava tracker overnight my temperature went down 0.5c last night- AF due Wednesday which happens to be my birthday!

@Minster2012 yeah I mean I wish it was as simple as it is for some people just have sex and fall pregnant 😂 I never thought it would be like this but we just aren't big in sex much to my disdain 😂 let's add in some science on the days we can't dtd and hope for the best!! @2020mission your rhr will be inaccurate if you don't wear it to bed as it really brings the average down at night. Saying that if you don't care what your rhr is but want to focus on patterns I imagine you'd still get a similar result?

Just spent the day at my friend's house. She's got two kids she got pregnant with very quickly - one of which is 9 months old so at least I got some baby cuddles in today ❤️. First thing her 5 year old did though was ask how old I am and then if I have a baby in my tummy 😅. His mum knows I'm TTC so I suspect he's been hearing things as I don't think I was looking pregnant today!

@Juno231 I’m 10dpo but started spotting yesterday so I think af may be coming. No drop in bbt yet tho. Who knows. I’ll keep checking both

That’s af here 🤬 bit early too. 11 day luteal phase would really like to lengthen that but according to flo app my cycle was 23 days which isn’t unhealthy just on the shorter side.
Bit the bullet and bought some raspberry leaf tea and Agnus castus today and started them today. The lady in Holland and barret was very helpful and echoed everything said on here about it but also said about it taking three months to kick in so to be consistent with them.
I’m gonna try work on my diet being super healthy and try to eat the right things and cut out the naughty stuff. Wow what a hoot

So today I'm feeling very defeatist. Day 3 of my CB flashing smiley and expecting to get my static tomorrow or Monday but on my ICs I'm still showing really low so feel like my CB is lying to me again. Also just been to see OH friends 3 week old baby and. Realised that I don't even get broody anymore I started crying when I was holding her as I just know it won't happen for us. Its been a year and I'm still here. Expecting my CD21 bloods to come back and say I haven't ovulated.

Agreed @LaceyMermaid I’ve had comments this week from both my family and my OHs family about when we will have kids. We haven’t said we’re trying but when you’re trying and nothing has happened yet, I don’t really want to be asked every 5 minutes. I would never ask someone that!!

@Juno231 when my ds was 4 had a fase of announcing to the world there was a baby in mummy's tummy,😲 it led to some awkward conversations... lots of friends' kids normal random question, it's just went they discover this is what happens they are fascinated
@lucyrp, I hope you feel better soon and it happens for you, one way or another, my mum always wanted a bigger family when I was growing up, and always talk about how it couldn't happen for her, and then when I was 26, she was asked to adopt a toddler, jumped at the chance and now is a 20 year old doing her head in, if anybody had told her in my childhood that she would raise another child, she would have laughed them out of the house, but here we are...
