Have I ovulated? And other questions...

Today is CD14. Was expecting to ovulate tomorrow. Did a one step ovulation test on CD12 at about 2pm and it was negative. Did a clearblue ovulation test on CD13 at around 10am and it was positive. Today my temperature has gone up again and both apps I use are indicating I ovulated yesterday. I've attached my fertility friend chart. Are the one step ovulation tests not reliable? Should I just wait and see how my temperature is tomorrow? Does anyone know how long the actual surge can last?

Hi @Caaat. your LH surge (detected by the OPKs) can last just a few hours, so your one-step and clearblue could both be correct. Post positive OPK you need your temperature to rise and stay elevated for three days plus to confirm ovualtion has happened. But it looks good so far :) I would keep testing your tempeature every morning at the same time for the rest of the month so you can see the differences in temperature, and so that you can work out what is normal for you.

Thanks @Kay00 in previous months I've had a temperature dip the day before ovulation but not this time. Oh well hopefully I've done enough BD to catch it ☺️
