Hi all,

I’ve been TTC with my OH for about a year now. I have pretty regular 26/27 day cycles
I started off using the cb digital OPKs which just have the smiley for testing LH and would get a positive around the normal time I would expect to O and didn’t think too much of.
I swapped to some cheapies for the last 2 months as those tests get a bit expensive but then didn’t get any peak with those so decided this month to swap back to clear blue.
As we’re at the 12 month stage and going for GP referral, I thought would spring for the advanced ones to see what my high fertility period was like.
I started on day 7 and got a negative (not with FMU tho as didn’t see that bit). Day 8, yesterday I got a flashing smiley face for high fertility and day 9,today, I’ve now got a peak, 2 days earlier than I was expecting.

Has anyone had any experience with this? Does it take the stick some time to know your cycles?

TIA!

@LS2020 from what I understand it's only the first use that uses your baseline. Do you have any cheapies left to check whether you are showing at peak on them?

@Lollol86 hmm that’s an idea, I’ll try that. When I ejected the stick, I wouldn’t have called it that great a line but because it tests both estrogen and LH I didn’t know if the fact it needs to be darker still applied
