Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum. I'm supposedly 9DPO, according to my charts, I have been continuing OPK throughout the cycle. 2 days ago I started getting VERY positive OPK and have continued to do so since. They were darker than I've ever seen them before. Today I decided to test with a FRER, and I can see a faint line. Took it to the pharmacist like a crazy person and she could see it too! But now I'm in that agonising bit of waiting for a completely positive test. Other half refuses to believe it until he sees a bright pink line. After having a chemical pregnancy a few years ago we darent get our hopes up. Especially after having lots of false positives on Internet cheapie too. I've never ever got a line on a FRER though so I'm shocked! I'll attach in next message. What do you all think?

Prior to this random surge, I had a surge on day 19 and 20 (peaked at 20) also and it dropped the next day. BD was time accordingly (few days before and day of). After that itt was consistently low until this surge which the pic demonstrates.

I can see it. Has it got pink to it

Babs709 · 29/07/2020 19:16

I see it and I have rubbish line eyes

Yes there is pink to it! I've gone a bit loopy this eve.... Took another after holding my wee for 4 hours, was a good colour but really dark urine. But the test was negative 🤔 ill test with tomorrows morning urine and if I'm still none the wiser I will wait to see If I'm late. Going away for the weekend so I'll avoid alcohol just in case 😂 only awkward thing is... I've done my back in and been on all sorts of medications for the pain for 4 months.. Do I now just go cold turkey and risk being unable to walk from the pain? 🤔 Urghh so many questions!

I would maybe ring the gp and say there is a slight chance that you are pregnant and see what their advice is on the medication. I was in a car crash in June and have hurt my back and was put on pain relief ghat I’ve since just had to stop as I’m nearly 6 weeks. Warm baths, paracetamol and heat have been what I’ve used. Best of luck

Morning urine test done. FRER. To the naked eye isnt really anything there. But I kept thinking I could see something very faint. Fainter than yesterday. Inspected in the light, and there's literally the faintest squinter you ever did see on both today's and last nights. Guess I'll have to keep waiting!
