@LT103 thanks - I'm trying not to feel too gutted. Glad you are going to have wine and chocolate!! I think I will need to be less obsessive moving forward and go for the what will be, will be approach. So many wasted tests this month. Need to have a word with myself!

@ganderousGoose I would say all those have lines including the FR. I always get very faint lines and any time a FR has looked like that for me it’s been because I’m pregnant.

I tested again today. My period was due either yesterday or today and isn’t here and I feel hot and a bit sick so I convinced myself it would be positive. It’s negative. Now I’m wondering whether I used the wrong brand (Co op cheap test). I’m 42 and had a missed miscarriage that took seven weeks and two ops to resolve so of course my period isn’t regular - why oh why do I think it’s more likely the test is wrong than my periods just a day late because my elderly womb has been through so much? I’m going mad!

The hope is the worst thing! As I've said earlier, it's so bloody cruel that early pregnancy symptoms are so easily confused with pre-period symptoms. If only it was obvious either way, and much sooner!

Today is CD1 for me, so I'm going to have myself a Saturday night martini very shortly.

@ShouldEyeShouldntEye thanks for your lovely message. I think I'm definitely out ... AF due tomorrow... But who knows, since I had a chemical last cycle.

I totally understand the going mad feeling. You're not. It's very easy for me to sit her and give you rational advice that I definitely won't follow myself but ... We're either pregnant or we're not and time (not even very much time in the scale of things) will let us know which it is. And then we'll deal with whichever outcome it is and move forward. This uncertainty and waiting is hard and really does mess with your head...

It surely can't be possible to have positives and then a million negatives unless it's a chem though. I just don't understand yesterday's positive tests. How did that happen?

@GanderousGoose I've had the same with frers. I used to rely on them but I've found they've gone really bad. More often that not I can see a second line on the before peeing on them!

@lucieloos I know what you mean - I've definitely seen lines before peeing on my recent frers ... It's daft really, when I could just wait to see if AF arrives and save all this money and stress... I swear it is addictive, like a scratch card or something

@GanderousGoose yes I was the same it's very addictive. Now in my head I try to totally blank out when af is due after ovulation. I don't think forward or look on my ovulation app and it works for me. I just forget about it and then at some point when it's been a good while I will look and I'm maybe a day away from af so I don't have the urge to test and if I did it would probably be when af is late. It just seems to work for me now but I was a total poas addict.

No AF this morning. Woke up really early feeling hot and sick. Another BFN. My AF is now late and I’m 12 or 13 DPO so I think I’m definitely out despite my body conspiring to confuse me.

Why my temp dropped today? If it's successful it should have been elevated, isn't it? I took it on different time though and got up for bathroom 2 hours before I took today's.

Well, AF just arrived for me! So I'm out... Sad but relieved the wait is over and I can move forward...

Thanks @CC81 but I think I'm out this month. I was feeling relatively positive despite weird bbt and early lh surge, but today I feel pretty convinced I'm not pregnant. Obviously I'm not out till my period starts, but everything now feels the same as usual, and since starting ttc I spot for up to 5 days before so I think thats whats happening here 😔
Agree with you that poor sleep seems affect catching cold etc, and make losing weight difficult. I was reading that melatonin improves fertility in women undergoing IVF and was wondering if my poor sleep is what's preventing us conceiving 🤷‍♀️

I cant help with why your temp dropped, but just wondering if this is femometer that you're using? I'm looking for something cheaper than clear blue for next month.

@Keepeas : I was using easy@home basal thermometer until last month but I lost it and used this new cheaper version this month(pic attached) so I am not sure if this is the issue because I see the bbt pattern is weird this month and all the past months made sense but this month but again I have had Clomid and trigger shot this month so god knows

Do you mean u looking for cheap opks than clear blue?
If so, I used attached cheap opks with clear blue digital since last 2 months, and it does match with CB results. When the cheappie one showed peak lh( I use premom app for that as it takes stripes pics automatically - again attached pic incase u wanna see) I double checked on Clearblue and it matched.

Thanks! My question wasn't clear at all rereading it! Yeah, I wanted to know what opk and app youre using. I've been using clear blue advanced to confirm cheap ones but don't want to pay out for CB again. Will try cheap opks with premom app 👍👍

I use wandfo cheapy opk tests and the femometer app

@GanderousGoose I have decided I was going crazy. There is nothing real there. Still no AF though.

@ShouldEyeShouldntEye I would say that's another of the lines that seem to be present on most frers now 😕

I thought it was just me sent crazy with the FRERs (not today but I've thought I've seen things then eventually talked myself out of it), sounds like they've cheaped out on the manufacture ☹️
