Feel like there's a lump at the back of my throat

This is probably me clutching at straws. We've been ttc for nearly 3 years so there has been symptom spotting for a long old time now.

My cycles vary between 30 and 33 days. I'm on CD32, sensitive nipples, tender boobs, no real period cramps as such - just a sharp twinge every now and then. But the thing that's bugging me the most is what feels like a lump at the back of my throat, like when you've been sick or you've burped up some food. I try to burp it away but it almost makes me wretch.

BFN today on an IC, a bloody evap line.
Has anyone had this before?
