Had 21 day progesterone can anyone help

Hi been ttc since MMC in January asked doc for a test to see if I'm ovulating and had these results online but not speaking to her till Thursday and it's driving me mad
My fertility monitor this cycle has been saying low the whole time but the cassette has shown high I guess it's just constantly high.

Serum LH = 41.3 IU/ml
Serum FSH = 64.7 IU/ml
Serum Progesterone =0.6 nmol/L
Serum Oestradiol = 92 pmol/L

Anyone shed any light I'm 43 cups it be perimenopause or menopause

That progesterone result does not indicate you ovulated about a week before the test. Are your cycles regular and every 28 days? It should be taken about a week after ovulation, which is also about a week before most people would expect af...

The other results have much less meaning at that time in the cycle (as the range for 'normal' at that point is very large).

Your fsh is very high. I would ask for it to be taken cd 3, when the 'normal' range is much more narrow to see if it is indeed 'high'.

I agree with @physicskate day 21 is usually for progesterone and the others need to be taken at CD3 for more accurate results. I would also agree that your progesterone levels indicate that you haven't ovulated this cycle.

I will ask my doc when I speak to her for the day 3 test my cycles are between 24-31 days since the MMC I have been using clear blue monitor to track ovulation this cycle it has remained low and I have done almost 20 tests the cartridge looks positive I guess it’s just constantly high so not registering a surge or there isn't one! I also used wondfo LH tests and they have been peak for 20 days also did urine fsh Teat day 3,10 and 21 all positive.

@bb077 ah yes constant peaks like that are not normal so there's definitely something going with your LH and might explain why she tested for LH on day 21 as well. High levels of LH can be a sign of ovarian failure so it's worth clarifying that with your GP. Likewise your high FSH result (albeit taken at the wrong time of the month so could be misleading) could be a sign of menopause.

@Juno231 I'm praying it's not as I don't even know what my options would be ? Can I slow it down ? Can I still conceive naturally if it's peri menopause? So sad
