Hello, I’ve just started using OPK’s this month (one step) started using Femometer to log the results then moved onto premom. I’m having no line progression at all. I usually have long cycles (33-53days) but just worried I’m not doing them properly/that I’m not ovulating.

Hey @restingbface - Id say CD25 on the premom app is the positive. I think they can also vary by time of day so you might just not have tested at the hormone peak time? Do you take temps to confirm it? OPKs cannot 100% tell if you ovulated either way, just suggest if you may have. More trustworthy if basal temp suggests the same

Either CD24 in the evening or CD25 earlier in the day most likely. When the line gets dark like that it's probably best to test 3 times a day if not even 4. Like the other poster said though, only BBT would confirm if you had. With cycles as long as yours it's possible you have more than one surge where your body tries to ovulate.
