Hey ladies,

Cycle 1 didn't go so well for me and AF arrived with all its glory today.

We didn't do any type of tracking last month so looking for advice on tracking ovulation.

Any tests you'd recommend?

Also any vitamins / supplements?

TIA 🥰

Hello! I'm a fan of the femometer sticks along with the app as they're cheap yet reliable.

Supplements wise def take folic acid (i just take pregnacare which includes it) and omega 3 is important if you don't eat plenty of fish (and improves sperm quality so give it to OH too). How is your CM? If you're not noticing any EWCM I'd recommend 2-3000 mg of evening primrose oil as well but that's optional - it really helps with ewcm though. If you do take it then remember to stop once you ovulate :)

Everything else is totally up to you and how crazy you get as TTC progresses lol. I'm on cycle 7 and am doing a bunch of other stuff too as with each passing cycle I want to feel like I'm doing something to help it along.
