Ovulating CD11 or CD16, I can't tell

Ok so little confused.

Was convinced I was ovulating CD11, had low cervix, EWCM, ovulation pains on the left, sore boobs. I also had spotting which I tend to get with ovulation now. We are ttc so dtd twice around that date.

Today is CD16 and my cervix is back low again, more EWCM, more crampy type pains on the left and sore boobs. No spotting as yet.

I don't have any OPK's, I've never used them before. I know no one can tell me which is right, but just wondered if anyone else has experienced this?

It could be that you're body geared up for it on CD11 but failed to make it happen and therefore tried again on CD16. I'd always take the last attempt as the real one (although there's also a risk it still didn't happen) as your body wouldn't be trying again unless the previous attempts failed.

Just noticed you're mentioning having a low cervix as an ovulation sign, however the cervix is soft, high, open and wet, known as 'SHOW' during ovulation. The cervix drops back low again and becomes hard after ovulation, but maybe this is what you're referring to?

Thanks guys!

Whoops about the cervical position. It's definitely low right now, but was also low before. But to be honest it seems to move by the hour so maybe not a great indicator.
