Cyclogest - when to take from?

Hi

My RMC has advised for me to take progesterone suppositories when I next get a BFP.

However, other than my mmc, my early losses have been either on day of period or a couple of days after. Should I ask her if I should take them from ovulation to BFP or AF, whichever one it is that cycle?

I've been prescribed them to take from 7dpo until 14dpo - if positive, I'll up the dose from 200mg x2 to 400mg x2. I'm sorry for you losses, I've had 3 and moving onto ivf next as we also struggle to concieve. Good luck.
