Okay, I'm panicking a bit.

Period was due yesterday. Took a test this morning. Tried to use first pee of the day but I was half asleep and think I saturated the stick so it didn't work and didn't even show a control line but i was anxious to find out so i tried again ten minutes later but obviously i had barely any pee at this point.

I dipped three tests and can definitely see lines on all three. But they're faint.

I had a dental xray on tuesday (I took a test Monday because I thought they'd ask if I was pregnant) but it was negative so i said No when they asked if i could be pregnant and I had the xray. So I'm panicking about that.

I also had a health scare a month ago and I already suffer with anxiety and it seemed to set off health anxiety so I'm scared and worried now about pregnancy and things going wrong. I've already got one DC and that birth was awful so I'm scared and worried even though I did want a 2nd DC. It's just everything that's happened recently has just got me so scared

I can see second lines!

I would say tentative congratulations I can see lines on all three tests. Are you able to get hold of a frer or a digital just to put your mind at ease? Xx

Hi @Ohmyhell, congratulations, it looks like good news! Can you call your doctor to help put your mind at rest? If your test was negative on Monday hopefully you were so early in your pregnancy that the x-ray won't have had an effect X

I hope you don't mind me hopping on this thread but I also took a test this morning (15DPO) as I'm a day late and usually totally on time.

I'm having what feels like period cramps and have sore boobs so keep expecting AF to arrive.

The first (top) was first pee of the morning, then second was about 2 hours later (after my morning tea!) because my partner wanted to compare it to a plain one, and then we thought we shouldn't waste it.

He definitely sees the line and so do I, but does that mean it is a positive?? It is super faint!

He's gone to pick up First Response as we've read that might be more sensitive than the cheapy opks. What do you guys think?

@Ohmyhell hi just having a read through I'm a dental nurse these tests look positive but don't worry about the radiation the levels are so low they won't affect the baby, we do take x-rays during pregnancy anyway if a patient is in pain! You are exposed to more radiation on a short flight than a dental x-ray x

@jjmf thanks for the reassurance, I appreciate it! The X Ray was definitely helpful anyway as it confirmed I do need a root canal. Just have to decide whether to have it done by the specialist or my general dentist! But thinking I should get it done now sooner rather than later x

@penny92 I think I can see faint lines on both those tests but my line eyes aren't great! Let us know how you get on with the next test :)

@Quercus3 Thanks! I've forgotten what I had to do with my first pregnancy. I think I'm supposed to contact the Drs anyway so they can refer me to maternity services? x

@Ohmyhell @penny92 definitely BFP's congrats.

I've been testing the last few days and all faint positives on FRER and CB the last 2 days but a lot of people have said don't trust those. I also caved and brought a cheapy today which I'm sure I can see a line on too. I've got one more FRER at home which I'm going to do in the morning. Hoping it'll be clearer.

@penny92 oh wow! That one is much much clearer! Congratulations! I haven't taken another test yet. They didn't have any FRER or any CB Digitals when I went in earlier. Just more of the cheap sticks I'd already used. I'll try and get hold of an FRER tomorrow. Congratulations again!

Well, I was pregnant but I think I'm having a MC. Never had one before but got bright red blood and cramps. The blood is getting worse. 😭

Oh no, @ohmyhell , I am so so sorry. Make sure you take time for yourself right now and do ring your GP.

If you need support, do come here as I know lots of other women have been through this too - it is so common - and you should never feel alone in this.

@penny92 thank you! My partner has come home from work and I've contacted my employer to let them know I won't be in for a few days. I've got a scan on wednesday.
