Implantation bleeding?? (Pic attached)

Hey,

I am currently 7dpo and for the last 2 days I've been getting some white discharge, and then last night was getting cramps which were similar to period cramps. Then this morning I've gone to the toilet, wiped and have had some red/brown blood on a tissue. I have also been knackered this week and stroppy with my partner! Does anyone think that this could be a sign of implantation?

@octobersky19 @PurpleFlower1983 thank you for your replies! AF due in 8 days so I will see what happens then and if no show I will do a test! Really don't want to get my hopes up too much! Xx
