Pregnancy test and tweaking

Hi all
I took a pregnancy test today at 11dpo which is a clear negative. However I was just messing about on my phone tweaking it and when I darken the photo I think there is a visible line.. should I just forget about this? it was an early response test from home bargains!

I'd leave it another week then take another. When I get pregnant my test came back with the faintest line ever, I waited another few days and the line was stronger. Depends on the levels of HCG you produce as to how strong the line will be.

Can you see a line on the unedited photo? We aren’t trying right now and we’ve had fertility struggles previously so it would be v v unlikely

I know some people do weak tests and some end up actually being pregnant but I imagine just as many end up not pregnant.

I've done it myself on more than one occasions and not been pregnant so I personally would ignore it unless I could an see the line in person.

Thanks. Only tested as been feeling tired and achy and sick. Could just be over tired though. I do still track ovulation but only approx so it’s probably af arriving

It’s ok - we aren’t trying and I already have 2 beautiful children! I would like another but dh is adamant not yet

I’m also on medication for anxiety and depression which isn’t safe for pregnancy! So timing would be not great

@SummerPeony I find HPT so frustrating, so easy to keep looking and seeing lines and wondering if its really a line or not lol I must have spent a fortune on them over the years.

You aren't out till AF arrives either way so good luck and I really hope you get the results you want 😊

Thanks for the replies. Af due in the next 2/3 days I think, cycles not exactly back to normal so I’ll just wait now

Still no af. Today is day 28, last month I had a 25 day cycle. Haven’t got bloating but have bad cramps for 3 days now!

I have woken up and the cramping has disappeared almost! I had some bloating yesterday which has gone. Usually by this time af is here and I look 5 months pregnant with a swollen tummy. I think I’m going to have to test today, I’d normally be excited but we weren’t ttc

Have just sent dh to the pharmacy for a frer and I don’t know what result I am actually hoping for!

Dh is taking his merry time as the shop is just round the corner!!
