Stage 4 endometriosis and trying to choose an IVF clinic

Hi all

I am trying to choose an IVF clinic.
I am 34 and AMH is 9.6, husband all okay, lucky him.

I have been diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis. I have seen a private doctor as I my laparoscopy on NHS was cancelled due to Covid-19.

In the time I have been waiting for the operation, the endometrioma on left ovary has grown to 76mm, so the chance of damaging the ovary has increased.

I have been recommended to save eggs/create embryo hopefully - ie start IVF process prior to surgery just to have a back up in case this does not work.

Endo doc has a relationship with The Lister but it is a bit far from where I live in North London.

I have been recommended The Fertility Academy by a friend.

Any other recommendations of where to go?

Thank you people!

xx
