Day 56 after miscarriage and no sign of period

Help! Had a miscarriage on 30th May and my cycle has not returned.
I had spotting for a few days last week now nothing- negative test so not pregnant.
Is there anything I can do to get my cycle back so we can try again?

I missed carried with medical management. They find out I have a placenta tissue left. My beta HCG is 47, today is 21 days after the medical miscarriage. The doctor told me my I must have the surgical evacuation of remaining tissues, otherwise, my period may not return... did they scan you? how did you miscarry medically or surgically?

Really sorry to hear that. My miscarriage happened naturally and when I was scanned, there was no tissue left for me.

I am sorry @J2020m can you ask them to scan your ovaries, if there are follicles , or a visible egg? also they can check your hormones.. from what I know period should arrive in 4 to 6 weeks... after the miscarriage
