@Cocoblue22 yeah I was reading about them yesterday so gross 🤢 yeah I love having my window in my bedroom open so Ive been closing the bedroom door so she can't go in there but she is only small at the moment so can't imagine she'd jump from a second floor but who knows 😂yeah I'm going to get her chipped for sure and probably spayed but I'm scared now from the horror stories I've heard 🙈😂 who knows I might let her out of the house at some point but not too keen on it as the amount of posts on Facebook I see around here with peoples missing cats 😫 yeah the person I work with said he used 5 different treatments and none of them worked for his cat apart from advantage and he said to get thag one. I guess it's trial and error for your cat which one works best for her 😬🙈 which isn't great if you're trying to stop them! Honestly last night when I found that tick I felt so itchy thinking about fleas 🤢x

Morning ladies, it's a bit soggy out there today isn't it?! Days like this definitely make me glad I'm still working from home, but now I'm also thinking that there possibly could be a worse time to start moving back towards being in the office than Autumn 🤦‍♀️ I just want to stay in bed forever 😂

@lucyrp I had a house cat in my flat when I was younger and naively believed that she would not need flea treatment... She did, and it literally went from 0 to millions over night, so gross. She ended up riddled with them as did our flat and it took us a good few months to break their life cycle and get rid of them for good. Eurgh makes me shiver thinking about it, people would ask of they could pop round and we were like NO!! We'll come to yours 🤦‍♀️

@Minster2012 hope you have a lovely day out for DS bday, perhaps another impromptu bang when you get home?! Don't forget your wellies though - that's out in the rain and in the bedroom, extra protection 🙊

AF not here for me yet, but I suspect her arrival tomorrow... I definitely feel like I am second guessing Saturday's BFN less than last months, but there is still that teeny little glimmer of hope that I just tested a smidge too early. I do think though, when you're choking on your pre-conception vits because they are so bloody MASSIVE it's that little glimmer of hope that gets you through 😂😂😂

@lucyrp hope you get your kitten sorted with the ticks! They're a nightmare those things aren't they!! My dog had them about a month ago, after having his flea stuff so that was annoying but we got him some flea and tick shampoo and this little tool for getting them out, could be worth having a look for that? We just found the tool in home base so I'm sure they'll do them anywhere!

@Franklydear We are just going to my parents, then possibly a few nights in their carafan (without them). Plan was to announce to OH on his birthday IF a BFP. Thing is if I wait an no AF I will get my hopes up won't I 🙈

@Newbie0818 my little brother is 22 years younger, he is adopted, and we are super close, to DH too, as I was already married when he was born, is like an extra sibling to him, my worry is how old I'll be on regards how long we carry on trying...
@lucyrp, don't believe the horror stories, they won't spay her until she is 6 months, it helps with behaviour problems and you won't have 20+ plus cats around when she is on heat

@Newbie0818 that looks like a good curve. I’m now 5 dpo with a similar curve so happy I ovulated. Had sore nipples since 2 dpo but now feEl nothing 🤷🏻‍♀️

@blodyn91 well it will be 15dpo on our anniversary on the 8th, but I might do a cheeky FRER a few days before that so I'm not disappointed on the day with a bfn. I've never tested early before so I'm going to be terrified 😭

Also for all, found this article! We are going to continue having sex everyother day -ish through the tww to help with implantation. I know there is conflicting evidence, but we have never dtd much during tww before so going to give it a go.

@Newbie0818 @Franklydear that makes me feel better, if I do have another one there will be at least a 17 year gap between ds1 and them! My husband has a brother 13 years younger than him (full) and then twin brothers who are 25 years younger than him (half) so it’s nothing unusual in his family!

I've had a temp dip down to cover line today at 9DPO, heart rate slightly dipped too, hopefully this is a potential good sign for possible implantation and doesn't mean I'm out 🙈

@LaceyMermaid go for it, I am much closer to this brother than to the one 3 years younger than me, also his favourite trick, any crazy ideas he has, he runs them through me first, if I have a fit, no need to tell mum, DH is his confident for anything girls/drink/lads related, much less judgemental than our brother
My worry is weather 43/44 is too old for labour and baby stage, but I do want ds to have a sibling
