Inositol and Agnus Castus

Hi ladies, does anyone know if you can take Agnus Castus and Inositol together? I have very irregular periods which is so frustrating when ttc. Please help

@Suki2020 you can. But I've now stopped taking both as I've been spotting/light bleeding for a week and a half and I think it's one or the other that's done it!

Thanks @Stabal are you going to stop them completely or just take one at a time and see if that makes a difference?

@Suki2020 I've stopped both for now. I will think about introducing one at a time further down the line if the irregular bleeding settles and nothing happens BFP wise on just folic, coq10 and vit d
