Sudden irregular periods, they were regular before TTC?

Just started bleeding today, light red, so cycle was just 28 days long! Last cycle was 37 days long... One before that was 33 days long.

I've always been very 'in tune' with my body and can tell accurately when I'm ovulating but in the last 5 months, it's stopped working. My body is complete out of wack. Before, I'd get creamy but tacky CM, then onto more stretchy and fertile CM around cycle day 12 to 15, followed by ovulation around cycle day 17 with watery, super fertile CM. Then onto very creamy CM, after which would either continue because I was pregnant or become tacky and AF would follow.

We lost a DD in October and have been officially 'trying' for 3 cycles now. Hadn't used anything to prevent before though.

I'm so confused. I have one DC, conceived first try. All my other miscarriages (again all first try), were conceived first try. DD too. Cycles after DD were normal and ovulation obvious until 3 cycles ago.

Just seems odd to me. What is going on? This is the first time since trying again that I've looked at anything on Mumsnet or Google about TTC. Just used my app before with no other investment, emotionally or otherwise.

Doesn't it seem a bit odd that my cycles are all of a sudden out of wack? Sad
