Yes, I can see something very faint.

strawberrypip · 20/07/2020 12:48

those are positive. look exactly as mine did 13/14 dpo x

Are they 'one step' tests?

I'd certainly get a FRER to check. I used to love one step, until I actually was pregnant. They were so incredibly faint and there are threads on batches being completely wrong and inaccurate!

Last month (I'm not pregnant) I had a false positive with this brand. Tested with a FRER which was negative, and AF arrived a few days later. dont think it was a chemical either, because it was only the one step that showed positive, and multiple FRERS were ALL negative!

Hopefully it really is a positive, but definitely confirm with a more reliable brand.

They were positive too! Ive cried and already freaked out lol gosh i hope it stays and Aunt Flow doesnt arrive in 2 days! Told the OH and hes not excited because the lines arwle so faint, of course i tried to explain that im only 12dpo and thats to be expected but a positive is still a positive, hes like we will wait till the doctor confirms it! Fingers crossed it sticks!

I don’t think you need the doctor to confirm it. Congratulations!

Elouera · 20/07/2020 13:42

Congrats. Most Drs wont see you at all and they dont need to 'confirm it'. Some areas, you just self-refer to the local midwifery team online. Some places you go through your GP, but ring the GP reception to confirm.

Thank you ladies, i will wait and see if i miss the actual period before i call, I've never been pregnant or had a chemical so want to be sure before i call them. At the moment i dont think its real and just waiting for it to change, will test again over the next few days to be sure. X
