Ttc#1 first cycle . 4 dpo symptoms ?

Hi guys
This is my first time ttc and I know it’s only 4dpo but last night I had really itchy boobs and tonight I have cramps which for me is way to early in my cycle to be period pains
Are these all good signs ?
When would be a good time to take a pregnancy test?

I’m ttc cycle 1 too - I think im about 6 dpo today.
Having lower abdo cramps too! Trying to keep a level head tho 😬
Also had weird dreams last night that I’ve heard can be a symptom too!
So nervous!

Wow, I had a very vivid dream last night too I was dreaming that I was taking a pregnancy test and it was positive

I'm on my first cycle ttc too but for my second baby. With my first I had itchy hands and nipples not long after conceiving, (I had no idea I was pregnant though.) I read something about increased blood supply so I'm not sure if that's why.
