Just been for a consultation at King's college hospital and my egg reserve is rock bottom, so at hideous cost the best chance we stand is IVF. Before we commit, timescales estimated 2-3 months, we're wondering if we should shop around as this is likely to cost approx £6K (owing to our problems we are not advised to do the basic). What kind of costs have others been quoted and where - and what timescales? Is anyone looking at traveling abroad for it? Thanks

Hi @Ellsiedodah there's an infertility board, might be better to repost in there as a lot of people are doing or have done ivf. I'm waiting for my nhs round to start. Good luck x
