Positive OPK? Help a newbie out

I've not long had the nexplanon implant removed so have no real idea about what CD I'm on but I've just had this. Is it positive?

I've never had a positive OPK in the past ever so I'm not really sure if the second line should be darker than this? Does this mean I am ovulating today/tomorrow and should I now be having sex everyday?! Any help appreciated Blush

Hi OP, the control line (the one nearest the bit that you dip) should be as dark or darker than the control line. It looks to me that if it's not positive, it will be in the next few hours, so I'd crack on if I were you!

A positive OPK test means you'll ovulate in 12-36 hours, soon your position, it would be best to have sex today, tomorrow and Saturday am if you can.

Best of luck!

Thanks @Glitterandunicorns

Once it the lines start to get lighter have I missed the boat?

Well you haven't necessarily missed the boat, but given the fact that ovulation may take place 12 hours after a positive OPK, you'd have to be lucky and speedy!
