Hi!

I’m so sorry this might be TMI!! Am on cycle 2 of TTC.

Had a static cb smiley & positive opk yesterday & cramping today so guessing I am ovulating (or close to).

DH and I have DTD every day since saturday but today, it seemed like he ejaculated hardly anything. He definitely did as I saw a bit on my leg (sorry TMI) but he didn’t think it was much and nothing - no types of fluid seem to have left my body as yet (about 2 hours ago) and usually lots comes out.

Hope this makes sense!!! Just wondering that even if it was a tiny amount, am I still in for a chance??

Thanks in advance :)

Your still in with a chance if you bd up to ovulation as sperm can live inside you for 5 days, I conceived both my boys by only having sex on the day of a positive opk didn't bd before or after the positive opk and it still happened twice. Ideally you want to leave a minimum of 24 hours between each "ejaculation" to give the sperm a better chance of "regenerating".
Good luck x

If you got the pos yesterday then yesterday's and the day befores will be more important anyway

We have had this a few times - going to switch to every other day until we get the static. However you will still have been fertile, even as far back as Saturday (I think) - sorry can survive quite a long time. Try to fit in one more BD but don't stress if it's not very... bountiful.

When they do semen analysis in the lab 1.5-7ml is considered normal volume, so 1.5ml might be completely normal and not dripping everywhere. And there are millions of sperm per ml and you only need one. And sex before ovulation is ideal. Just keep doing what you’re doing!
