Pregnacare conception and reduced cycle length?

Hi All,

I’m a newbie around here- ttc baby number 1 with a history of PCOS.

Wanted to find out if anyone has found that taking pregnacare conception has reduced their cycle length?
I normally have very irregular cycles that tend to be longer than average ( in last year all cycles were 31-50 days). I started pregnacare mid June and my last cycle was 24 days! I haven’t had a cycle that short since 2016 and before that had never had one!

I’m sure it’s very likely just down to the PCOS but curious to see if anyone else has experienced Similiar!

Yes! I've posted about it on here before. The first full cycle I was taking it (had been on it for 6 weeks total) was 5 days shorter than usual. I usually have a regular 28 day cycle and the Pregnacare was the only thing different that time. I stopped it again and have gone back to just folic and vit D for this cycle as it made my luteal phase too short.

Me too! I’ve added a similar thread this evening. My cycles were irregular but generally between 28 and 35 days - with the occasional 40+ days thrown in! My last two periods have been 23 and 25 days out of nowhere. I introduced pregnacare in April but have now stopped taking it and looking to take something more minimal.

Thanks for replying!
Interesting to hear that you had similiar experiences..
I wonder could it be a good thing in the case of someone usually having long cycles?! Though 23/24/25 days is possibly too short?
