Is it just me who starts symptom spotting at 6dpo because that's the earliest that implantation can happen?

Pretty much what the title says. I'm 6dpo today and every bloody month I do the same thing because I know that the earliest implantation can happen is at 6dpo. I really don't help myself!

I track all my symptoms every month in my Ovia app and for the last two months they've been exactly the same (and they seemed like pregnancy symptoms) and then I've got AF. I haven't been tracking it this month, although I know what I'm like so I imagine I'll start tracking again...

I just want some reassurance that I'm not on my own with the symptom spotting at 6dpo! I have a DD but because we weren't actively trying I had no clue about ovulation, timing dtd, looking out for symptoms, etc. It was the same when I fell pregnant at the end of 2018 but sadly I had a mc.

Since about last May we've been trying again, and this time I feel like I'm just relying so much on timing and dtd, etc so that's why I'm analysing every single twinge or niggle that I'm getting.

We've both had various fertility tests and we're both fine, so I guess it's just one of those things as to why it's not happening. I'll be 40 in December but my transvaginal scans show that everything is looking healthy and fine.
