Confused after nexplanon removal

Hi!
I just wondered if anyone has any advice because I’m having some side effects after having my implant removed 2 weeks ago.
2-3 days after removal I had a lot of dull ache/cramping on my right lower abdomen. A couple of days after that I noticed my breasts seem to have swollen and feel very ‘firm’. I had the implant removed to ttc so we’ve been having unprotected since having it removed. Is it possible to conceive within 2 weeks of implant removal? Or are these symptoms just my body adjusting to the hormones?

I’m going to the loo a lot (no pain or burning) and since Thursday night I’ve been getting occasional brown streaks/spotting. I thought this was the start of a withdrawal bleed or first period but it has just been the odd streaking/spotting since Thursday and doesn’t seem to have developed. Just don’t know what to think! Seems too soon to be pregnancy. I have 2 kids and I did have the peeing thing and swollen breasts with them though. I know the only way to know would be to take a test in a few days possibly but I just wondered if anyone here has had similar experience after nexplanon?
Thanks x

Might be hormonal side effects. Only way to find out is to do a test.

@Readytogogogo thanks for your reply.
Given the timescale I think it’s more likely to be some kind of hormonal side effect. I have some early detection tests 10 m/iu but as I said I only had the implant taken out 2 weeks ago exactly and had no period so no idea when a test would even show a positive if I had somehow conceived in that time.
