Links please ☺️ Trying to choose one is a minefield and don't want to get it wrong as it's pretty expensive!

Hi, I have a question on Ubiquinol. I've read about it for increasing egg quality and lots of people on here seem to take it, but I'm curious why it's not recommended by the NHS if it's effective.
I recently had a fertility consultation privately and they also told me the only thing I should be taking is Folic Acid and Vitamin D. So why isn't Ubiquinol promoted?
My partner is sceptical about it and keen for me to stick to medical advice in case of side effects or being ripped off, but I want to do everything I can to help!

@MintGreenLife I take these from nature’s best.

I get 2 packs on offer and as I take 2 capsules a day (200mg in total), they last me 2 months.

I was recommended these as they’re in the easily absorbent form that our bodies need.
