Slightly positive OPK, late period and no pregnancy symptoms?

Not sure if I’m reading too much into this! However I’m 3 days late, no period or pregnancy symptoms just feeling quite normal.

Over 2 weeks ago got a static clear blue smiley which made me believe I had ovulated, however mid morning today (not my first urination) I took 2 OPKs just to see if maybe I’ve ovulated again? And they were a faint positive? This is after I’d had liquids too

After some googling people have said this led them to a BFP but I don’t want to be disappointed it I buy a pregnancy test and get a BFN

Anyone else been in the same boat? We’re you pregnant or did AF arrive shortly after?

@Wolves97 a positive opk is what led me to take a pregnancy test and I got a BFP!

I’m 12dpo, don’t have any tests yet so tried an OPK and got a positive. Don’t want to get my hopes up as I’ve read it could be a surge before AF is due. I’m due on Tuesday.

When I got my BFP (at 10dpo) I did an OPK as I was curious to know whether they do show positive if pregnant.

The OPK was positive, but not as dark as it had been when I'd ovulated that month. I'd say it was the same colour as control line.It only started to get darker than control line when I was around 17/18dpo ish.

However I did also get a positive OPK the month before on the day my period was due, but no positive HPT. OPKs aren't a reliable way to test for pregnancy unfortunately, and you just don't know unless you take a HPT!

Best of luck!
