How long after mc have you gotten a bfp

Hi girls. I’m currently going through a very drawn out mc after getting our bfp last month.

Absolutely devastated, but we are also eager to start again as soon as safe, & able.

How soon after a miscarriage (I’m 7+4 today) did you get another bfp?

4 weeks. I miscarried at 6 weeks and then 4 weeks later discovered I was pregnant with DD so became pregnant again immediately after the miscarriage

Also 4 weeks. I had a MMC discovered 4.5 weeks ago (baby had died 2 weeks prior to that) and started medical management the next day followed by another dose 3 days later.

Probably about 2 / 3 weeks. Miscarried at the beginning of July at 9 weeks. Had healthy baby in April the following year. Must gave been conceived in the same month as the miscarriage.

I miscarried at nearly 7 weeks, I had 1 cycle afterwards where I didn’t ovulate and then the cycle after that I fell pregnant again. I did get pregnant the first month trying the 3 other times so I generally fall pregnant quite quickly. I hate to admit it but I was super annoyed I had to wait a month for my body to ovulate again, after I’d read on here so many people being pregnant again 4 weeks later, it was so disheartening.

Hi @Sansa87 I had an incredibly drawn our MC earlier in the year - my bleeding started on 25th April and din't stop until late May. We started TTC again in June - no luck yet! Hoping it will happen soon though - keep us posted on how you're getting on x

I had a MC at 7 weeks at the end of March. It took me 7 weeks to have my first period and I fell pregnant that cycle so all in all 11 weeks from start of miscarriage to getting my faint BFP. I'm currently 7 weeks pregnant now.

I really want to get a bfp as soon as we can. It does make it difficult not know if I’m having a mc yet or not. I’m bleeding every day, and have been for a week, but it’s lighter than a period.

Hopefully I can get some answers at my scan on 20th.

I had an ectopic in February and had to have my left tube removed. Conceived again in June.. unfortunately that was another ectopic.
Currently waiting until it is safe to TTC again.

Had MMC at 9 weeks with 1st pregnancy, had to have surgical D&C. Had 1 post D&C AF and got pregnant with DD1 the next cycle. Had 2nd MMC at 6/7 weeks with a twin pregnancy which also ended in D&C. 1 cycle after I got pregnant with DD2.

We had an early miscarriage in January and were pregnant by March. I'm now 20+4. Sending baby dust xxx

Sorry for your loss. Took 8mths after the 1st MC to get pregnant again, but MC at 7 weeks that time. Then needed IVF which took another 18mths, but then MC at 10 weeks.

There are cases of ladies getting pregnant straight away. It might be anecdotal, and there are obviously rare, happy cases, but it seems that those that fall straight away, without a period in between often MC again unfortunately. Best of luck though and I hope you are doing ok?

So sorry for your loss. It's such an awful thing to go through but sadly it is very common. I had a mmc at 12 weeks in November last year, we had one cycle off then it took 4 months to conceive again. I'm now 14+5 pregnant with identical twins! Take care of yourself 💐 xx

I had a mmc in April, 1 day before my 12 week scan was due but the loss was 8 weeks and 4 days. Started trying again in May and still no luck yet. Got pregnant the 1st month trying bk in January so to have a mmc was gutting. Maybe thinking about it makes it harder to concieve.
