Headaches on or after ovulation

Hey everyone,

Has anyone experienced having headaches on or after ovulation. I'm pretty sure I ovulated yesterday all symptoms there, cramps, EWCM for past two days. This morning I've gotten up started doing a few things then all of a sudden I've had this sharp headache only in one side of my head. I've never had this before around ovulation time so wondering if anyone else has. I'm not one to get headaches unless under a lot of stress or trauma.

Anyone had anything similar before.

And also had nausea all morning and now have vomited 🤮 Sorry for TMI

@Tiff94 hello! I always get migraines/headaches the day of ovulation and often feel quite nauseous with them. If its on one side of your head, i would say its a migraine. I get them when af is due is well! (Lucky me...) hope you feel better soon!

I had the same this month, I never usually have headaches and got quite worried. It was also just on the one side. Thinking about it I have had nausea around ovulation for the last 3 months as well. It's reassuring to know it's not just me!

Same it was only one sided I ended up passing out sleeping for it to go away. Felt better once I woke back up. Glad I'm not alone either thanks lady's xx
