Hi everyone
I had stage 3 endometriosis and had a laparoscopy in June of last year. Some endo remained on my bladder and bowel but the surgeon said I was back to stage one.
We have been trying to conceive since March and so far nothing. I just had a scan and it showed multiple endometriomas or chocolate cysts on both ovaries. I have been told I have 3 that are 2 or 2.5cm. I realise they aren't huge, but I was wondering has anyone conceived with these kind of cysts on their ovaries ? I am worried it will stop me ovulating
