I just want to understand if I'm seeing correctly, I see this as negative but just want other opinions. I have attached original photo and edited contrast photo. What do people see?

I knew deep down negative but just have been sending myself crazy due to "having the feeling".
I conceived 4 weeks ago, so I'm guessing the result would be clear by now.
Iv had bleeds as usual, but really light and about 1 day.
I have a "pulling" feeling in my stomach. But think I'm just imaging things.
I think I'm sending myself crazy over imagined symptoms.
