I am not due by period (or hopefully not!) until another week today and have felt really awfully nauseous for the past few days and I'm wondering if this is maybe a side effect of the pregnacare pre conception vitamins and wondered if anyone else had had this? Dont want to get my hopes up and think its anything else as obviously realise its really early yet

I have seen a few threads about pregnacare causing nausea. Maybe try a different one or just take folic acid and vitamin d as that's all that's recommended

I took Pregnacare Conception for a few weeks and it gave me awful constipation. I stopped taking it last week and feel so much better. I now just take folic acid, Vitamins C &D, coq10 and Angus Cactus (but only up until ovulation) hopefully this concoction of tablets will work soon! 🤞

Pregnacare made me feel terrible and also delayed ovulation and period. Stopped it right away and only take folic acid and B6 now.

You should take vitamin d too

Timetotry123 · 10/07/2020 14:19

Oh I’ll get that too I have vitamin c as well actually.

Ive used pregnacare on and off for 6 months. AF and ovulation are always delayed and generally i just don't feel good on them. This cycle im using seven seas feeling much better on them already

Ditched pregnacare after about 5 days. Own brand pregnancy multivits e.g. boots/supermarket are TONS cheaper and don't have the horrific nausea/bowel side effects for me but still tick all the boxes for folic acid, vit d etc. Good luck!
