I stopped my pill 1st aug 2019, i have slightly longer cycles at 40ish days, this isnt every month, i have gone as little as 23 but its never been more than 40. I havent had a period since around 29th may i cant actually remember but it was around that weekend because i moved house and it started. When would you likely test if you were in my shoes?

You're around about day 40, I'd probably take a test tomorrow and if it's negative, continue testing once a week until you either get a BFP or get AF. This is what my GP advised when I had an unusually long cycle.

@PlanBea i will perhaps leave it till the weekend and take a test, its so difficult when you have longer cycles that vary because you never know when its going to come

@xoxochellexoxo yes, it's so frustrating isn't it! I usually find planning to go swimming/a family event/wearing my nicest, whitest pants makes AF appear as if by magic haha. Do you have any internet cheapies? They're good for when you need to POAS but you know it's not worth wasting a FRER yet.

@PlanBea i dont have any tests at all, i made a choice not to buy anymore till i HAD to lol, i had some twinges sun/mon and expected it to turn up but didnt and now i dont feel like its going to if that makes any sense at all, i have been abit irritable in the last week or so which is usually a good sign its coming but now i have no clue

@xoxochellexoxo yeah if you haven't got tests I'd go for the fancy underwear test haha. I'm so bad at testing, I have to have a stash in just in case!
