Ovulation buddies starting July 8-14

Hey everyone,

Anyone else just started ovulation or about to start in the next week. Let's start a chat and keep ourselves busy as we head through ovulation and the dreaded 2WW.

Little about me this is my 2 cycle at TTC Baby no.1 I'm about to start ovulation on fri or sat, so going to make the most of this week. I've ordered some IC ovulation sticks hopefully will arrive in next couple days and I will give them a try out. What is everyone else doing to prepare themselves for ovulation???

Also if anyone wants to try I just did ovulation stick as they also detect pregnancy hormones I've read( can't guarantee pregnancy) but you can see the on the sticks as well I just did one and it came up dark while the ic hcg only faintly is there just haha 😂 so maybe give them a try as the LH sticks are more sensitive

This is my test tonight! Slightly darker FRER tonight than they have been which is great news due to my low hcg in my blood

EXCUSE MY GROSS NAILS. I work too much is my excuse 😂

Also - anyone had any spotting? I don't even know if I could call what I've had spotting ... it's just been a slight dark tinge in my CM.

@Tiff94 I think I can see a very very light line even on the cheap one 😍🤷‍♀️👶🏼

@Gab101 that FRER is very promising. No spotting for me so far. I literally don't feel anything haha 😂

I need help 🙈 I have 2 days to go until I'm due my period. I have been TTC #1 since November with no luck yet.

I've had a few funny symptoms so I did 2 tests yesterday one was faintly positive and one was negative. I'm so confused. I know I need to wait a few more days at least to test again to get a true reading but it's so HARD!

Someone please give me the strength to not test again today 😂

@Tiff94 I swear I'm less symptomatic now than I was during ovulation I only have sore boobs 😂 so excited that you are pregnant too. I was so upset when your test hadn't shown a line yet! Was rooting for you and I am for all you other angels 💕

@Gab101 thanks I was really hoping this month would be it. So glad those two lines came up finally 😂 I literally have no symptoms not even sore boobs which I would in AF was tomorrow. I had symptoms on and around ovulation but since about 8dpo nothing. I did feel a little nauseous this morning after doing my test but that went away problem just nerves. I told my DH this morning and did a referral for Epsom hospital so will just wait now. Will do my digital tomorrow I think haha 😂

@lastbany your right there is the faintest line on the cheapie now I had one lighter yesterday lunchtime.

@Tiff94 I generally find my fmu makes all my tests lighter, is that weird 😂? I got so disheartened this morning from a fainter test but this afternoon it's much darker

@Gab101 same with me fmu yesterday barely could see the line on FRER afternoon definitely can see. This Morning CB barely can see but then I just did an ic and can see. Think I might try this afternoon again with my other CB to see how dark it's then. I would have thought fmu was the best but I don't think so. Afternoon seems stronger

Hey all! Do you mind me joining on to your post a bit late? I have just done a FRER and it is a BFP but I'm only 9DPO. So I'm now worrying I'm going to get excited and it won't last. anyone else in a similar boat? Haven't even told my husband! I don't want to get him excited for it to not last, not even due my period yet!

@Birnam I don't think anyone in the same vote in this group. We only just had a couple BFPs in the last few days and I'm pretty sure all 3 were over 10DPO. Maybe you have ovulated earlier then thought or you implanted early. Best of luck I hope it's BFP for you.

Yeah maybe @Tiff94 this is my test. It's a definite pink line...going to hold off until next week and take another. Thank you ☺️

@Birnam that looks positive to me I took FRER yesterday at 12/13dpo and was much lighter line then that. My CB this morning was faint and this afternoon dark will add a pic for you. I would suggest grabbing another test that's what I did to reconfirm. I did 2 FRER yesterday 2 CB today and I still have a digital to use all others came back positive

Ooh! Thank you, I feel I may have ovulated earlier than I thought or something as the line is pretty dark actually. It came up almost straight away. Will get some more tests and see what they say!

@Birnam you can see my FRER was lighter then yours at 12/13dpo I would say you ovulated earlier when was last AF start date and are you regular cycles ?

@Tiff94 yeah you are probably right, when comparing to others! last start date was 19th June. Based on OPK tests and my apps, I should've ovulated on July 14th. I'm pretty regular but quite a long average cycle of 35 days...

@Birnam I see I would say maybe you ovulated a day or two earlier. Either way a line is a line 😊😊

@Tiff94 ooh interesting!! Eek don't know whether to tell husband or not, he's in a meeting right now 🙈

That's a point @Tiff94 how long is your cycle? Just curious with it saying we ovulated in same day mine is only 27 days then I have af day 28

@Birnam I did test yesterday they came up positive got more tests today then told hubby after test this morning came back positive.

@lastbany I'm the exact same as you finish day 27 start AF day 28 or the evening of 27.
